Luckily, after offering a hefty amount to whoever returned his pet to him, Sturridge was finally reunited with his beloved friend and things returned to normal.

But understandably after going through all of that stress, the ex-Red took to Instagram to vent and share an emotional message, stating that no matter what happens he will be strong enough to endure it.
Even though this week was tough in particular, the whole year was a big test for Sturridge.
This is especially true considering his departure from Liverpool upon the expiry of his contract, as the forward is still on the market having yet to sign up with a new club.
Last season he played a total of 27 games in all competitions, scoring four goals and assisting a further two.
