After yet more links about a potential move to China this summer, Antonio Conte was full of praise for his star striker, claiming he was the ‘best in the world’ ahead of his side’s clash with Everton two weeks ago.
“Diego, for me, is the best striker in the world.” said Conte, speaking to The Times.
Was it motivation? An attempt to keep him at the club? Or just a genuine appraisal of the lethal Brazilian born striker?
